Input picure size, video/audio bitrate, frame_rate/sampling_rate: there is no known constraints.
Of course, video adaptation does not make sence if input video is too
large (full DVD movie, for example). Conversion of such movie takes too much
time, that makes impossible to use Enterflex for conent adaptation.

Output Video Formats

Output picure size:
Theoretically we can support many different sizes.
Now Enterflex supports ony picture sizes compatible with H263. Because other
picture sizes are not supported by large amount of phones.
Supported picture sizes: 176x144, 128x96, 176x144, 352x288, 704x576, 1408x1152

Output fps:
Currenlty there are no fps restrictions for ffmpeg.
We support integer fps values from 1 fps to more that 1000 fps.
H263: no restrictions
MPEG4: no restrictions
MPEG-2 video: 23.98, 24, 25, 30, 50, 59.94, 60
MPEG-1 video: the same as MPEG-2

Output video bitrates:
Actually we can not guarantee accurate values of output video
bitrate. We support bitrates with accurance ± 30 kbps in range
(150 ... infinity).
