This small window tells you the version of Ringtone Creator Visual Converter you're using, and tells you your type of license.

We'll also mention two menu items, which will prove extremely useful if you work with groups of ringtones:
Edit -> Select all will select all ringtones in your project, and Edit -> Clear Selection will UNselect all ringtones in your project.

Application Screen

Now, let's discuss the things you see under “Project items” on your screen. As you might have noticed, it's a table with six columns. When you open a ringtone (or a group of ringtones), this table is populated with data extracted from your ringtones. For our example, we'll have a look at the remaining ringtone:

||Name|File name of the ringtone||
||Title|Some ringtone formats allow putting ringtone name (title) into the file. You can rename the actual file – but the title will remain the same. This field is also editable, so if you double-click it with your mouse, you'll be able to change the title of the converted ringtone (the source ringtone will remain unchanged)||
||Size|Ringtone file size||
||Duration|Duration of the ringtone (in milliseconds)||
||Channels|Maximum file polyphony||
Please don't forget to maximize the application window if certain fields don't fit the column.

Saving Configuration

Your workflow can require several groups of settings, which take time and effort to memorize and to re-enter. Examples of such workflows are:

Create MIDI files with polyphony of up to 4 and size limit of up to 8000 bytes with monophonic percussions and no longer than 29.5 seconds;
Create SMAF MA3 files with size limit of up to 64000 bytes, polyphonic percussions and with silence removed from the beginning and the end.

Now you can easily do it: go to Convert -> Save options to and save your settings. You can easily retrieve your stored settings by going to: Convert -> Load Settings.
